The application currently includes a suite of features designed to streamline interactions with the municipality:

• Pre-paid electricity purchases
• Account payments
• Balance enquiries
• Meter readings, allowing clients to submit their own accurate data
• Statement requests
• User sign-up
• Pin reset functionality
• Incident reporting, enabling residents to alert NMBM of issues in the metro
• IDP (Integrated Development Plan) input, offering residents a platform to share comments on future development initiatives
• Customer surveys
• Housing assistance
• Reporting of fraud and crime
